Gary Nield - Co Founder and Finance Manager
With Luke Gary Started Instream Partnership in 2003. Having a disability its was always important to Gary to have the right to choose who supported him, and when. He became the first person in Rochdale to receive a Direct Payment and has employed Personal Assistants since 1996. Gary knows first hand the benefits of having a right Personal Assistant but also the issues that can arise and how best to deal with them. He is a great believer that with the right support anyone can achieve their goal. Gary deals with all financial matters, Payroll and Audit/Revenue queries. He is a senior member of Instream Partnership and plays a major part on running the organisation. Gary enjoys travelling, watching rugby union, and likes to listen to the bee gees!.
Luke Travis - Co Founder and Broker
Luke is one of the Co Founders of Instream Partnership and with Gary, has successfully built the organisation to its current level. His background stems from first hand experience as a senior PA over 15years ago and has developed his knowledge and skills to become a manager of Instream Partnership. He has a friendly approach and assists clients with all aspects of social and health related support brokerage. His skills have lead him to work closely with Continuing Health Care NHS providers, Social Services and direct brokerage for individual clients.
He is also qualified to deliver Moving and Handling of People Training and has designed a training programme tailored to clients needs which can be completed in the comfort of their own home. Please click the link for more information and other training offered.
Luke deals with all safe guarding issues and works alongside Dominic dealing with new referrals, reviews, personal assistant queries and personal assistant awareness sessions and training. Luke is a senior member of the team and another integral part of our organisation. He enjoys mountain biking, taking his dogs out walking and loves coffee!
Dominic Greenhalgh - Broker
Dominic has worked for Instream since 2007. His background is in payroll. He has worked as a personal assistant and his experience has led him to become a succesfull broker. It was whilst working as a PA he gained skills and knowledge around brokerage and what Instream Partnership deliver as a service. Dominic is an integral part of the team dealing with new referral’s, payroll, employment issues, annual reviews and training. Together with Luke they deliver Personal Assistant awareness training and Moving and Handling training and they also give advise on the role and responsibilites of a Personal Assistant. Dominic interests are Rugby Union and dog psychology. He is a part time dog trainer and enjoys the odd game of poker or two.
Teresa Graham - Recruitment Officer
Teresa's role is to help people find the right Personal Assistant. She has worked for Instream since 2007 and like most of Instream's staff she come from a back ground of working as a personal assistant. Teresa's main role within Instream is to look through the database and match a personal assistant to a client. Then she will help client's interview. Its important not to influence clients as everyone has different critiera when they are looking for a PA. Teresa also make's an effect to meet all PA's who go on our database so she can get a more understanding of who they are.
Christine Nield - Finance Officer
Christine's role is to make the payments of clients wages and invoices, as well as assist with payroll and recruitment. Chris has 30 years experience in finance and has worked in the travel industry and retail. Chris also work's as a Personal Assistant and love's Manchester City and enjoy's travelling.
Karl Nield - Volunteer
The most important person in the organisation! Karl make's the drinks and lunch, as well as making sure we have all the stamps and envelopes etc. He love's his Audi car and enjoy's a drink or two. Karl's main work is as a personal assistant.
