Instream Partnership was established in March 2003 by Luke Travis and Gary Nield.

After many years of using Direct Payments and Personal Assistants, we know the problems people face when choosing to manage their own funding and suppport.

Our work involves assisting people to manage their funding of Self Directed Support, Direct Payments and ILF.

We are based in the North West of England and work across the UK running seminars, conferences and training sessions promoting Individualised Budgets and Independence.

We have a Database of personal assistance to assist people in find the right PA, as we believe for many people the key to independence is having the right Personal Assistants.
